Wet+Pro has introduced Solvent Doctor, a hydrocarbon solvent management and odor treatment solution targeting the dry-cleaning industry.
According to the company, Solvent Doctor is not a simple deodorizer but a professional-grade maintenance solution that fundamentally suppresses solvent contamination and degradation. With regular use, it keeps solvent consistently clean and prevents odor formation. Notably, it breaks down impurities within the solvent, extending cartridge filter life by more than two times.

The core technology behind Solvent Doctor lies in its powerful antioxidant components. These ingredients inhibit the decay of moisture and contaminants inside drycleaning machines and block the formation of fatty acids, widely identified as the primary cause of solvent odor.
Kelly Jeon, president of Wet+Pro, explained, “The main cause of solvent odor is fatty acids. With this product, antioxidant action can reduce the acid value to approximately 0.1–0.2.”

Especially Effective for No-Cooking Machines
For no-cooking systems—machines without a distillation process—managing accumulated solvent contamination has long been a key challenge.

Maximizing Performance Through Routine Maintenance
For initial use, add 300 ml per tank and circulate through the filter system for 1–3 hours.
Afterward, add 300 ml per tank every three months for ongoing maintenance.
The product should be stored in a cool place. If refrigerated, it should be brought to room temperature before use.
