Wet+Pro has released “Solvent Doctor,” a professional-grade agent for solvent management and treatment. When used periodically, Solvent Doctor keeps dry cleaning solvents consistently clean, prevents solvent odor issues, and extends the lifespan of filters by more than two times.

Solvent Doctor utilizes powerful antioxidant ingredients to maintain the cleanliness of dry cleaning solvents. Additionally, it prevents the spoilage of moisture and oils within the dry cleaning machine, thereby preventing solvent odors before they occur and innovatively reducing existing odors.
Solvent Doctor also offers the benefit of extending cartridge filter life by more than double by breaking down impurities within the solvent.
Usage Instructions
- First Use: Add 300ml per tank and circulate the solvent through the filter for at least one hour. It is recommended to add soap during this process. If solvent remains in the solvent tank, mix it with the new batch and circulate for at least 30 minutes.
- Maintenance: Every three months, add 200ml per tank and circulate the solvent through the filter for at least one hour.
- Storage: Solvent Doctor must always be stored in a cool place. If refrigerated, it should be taken out and allowed to reach room temperature before use to remove the chill.
Kelly Jeon, President of Wet+Pro, stated, “Solvent Doctor will be particularly helpful for dry cleaners using ‘no-cooking’ (non-distillation) machines,” adding, “For even better results, you can add about 10 drops with every load.”
President Jeon added, “Since the antioxidant ingredients in Solvent Doctor need to activate within the dry cleaning machine, the effects can be observed 1 to 2 months after injection.”
“The main cause of solvent odor is fatty acids,” President Jeon explained. “Using Solvent Doctor lowers the fatty acid value to around 0.1 to 0.2 through antioxidant action. By removing the root cause of the odor, the odor problem disappears.”
