According to the Bossier Parish Fire District #1, at approximately 4:00 pm yesterday, Tuesday, January 10, 2023, a number of units were dispatched to the Brookshires parking lot on Highway 80 for what they were told was a car versus pedestrian accident.
What crews found when they arrived was a vehicle that had run into the exterior wall of Steve’s Cleaners, which is just west of Brookshires, but in the same parking lot.
A total of four people were discovered to be injured and the units transported three of those persons to area hospitals.
As you can tell from the photos, Steve’s Cleaners suffered significant structural damage from the incident.
No word from the owner of Steve’s Cleaners about their immediate or long term plans on resuming business or reconstruction.
