Mr. Sohn shows you how to restore localized color loss by redyeing the whole piece.
[Simple Dye Process]
- Add the spotting chemical that caused the color loss into a bucket of hot water
- Submerge the cloth and keep the water hot
- Wait until enough dye has been removed from cloth into the water
- Add an acid into the bucket to lower the pH of the water to an acidic level
- Boil the water for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Rinse the cloth with clean water
- Another rinse with conditioner
