[mlive.com – 2022.03.21] ANN ARBOR, MI — A major development bringing over 600 new residences and retail space to Ann Arbor’s Lower Town area has earned an environmental award.

Morningside Group’s Beekman on Broadway project off Broadway Street and Maiden Lane — which involved remediation and mitigation of a decades-old plume of pollution from a former dry-cleaning operation on the site — has been awarded the 2022 Engineering Excellence Award by the American Council of Engineering Companies in the environmental category.
